Mahvish Sohail, a former makeup artist turned director, developed a line of products rooted in her years doing her craft before academia caught up. Having taught Sephora staff about self-preservation, makeup artist techniques, and skincare her coaching was notable an egalitarian mindset that rejected hierarchy, fostering a shared role and collective learning experience.
